Arlen grew up in the construction business, working and learning part-time and during summers, while attending high school and college. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University in 1980.

Glenda Stegent

Partner

Glenda is the first born of the Thielemann children. She joined the family business in 1992 and took over many of the daily administrative responsibilities. Today, she works as Comptroller and handles whatever may come up.

Tricia Schroeder

Partner

Tricia is the youngest of the Thielemann children. During high school summers, she often helped out in the office with administrative tasks. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1993 with degrees in Finance and Management, she worked for several years in real estate at Century 21 Beal – College Station.
