Thielemann Construction Co., L.P. has proudly operated as a family-run business since 1956, prioritizing the delivery of exceptional workmanship. Our commitment to quality is unwavering as we wholeheartedly support our projects, often constructing numerous homes for customers throughout their lifetime.

The Texas Residential Construction Commission established limited warranties and building and performance standards to be executed by builders in the state of Texas. We adhere to those requirements which include:

• 1-Year warranty for workmanship and materials,
• 2-Year warranty for mechanical delivery systems,
• 6-Year warranty for major structural components of the Home

Please note that these warranties do not preclude any manufacturer’s warranties that exist for products within the home.
